Feeling the NOW

Life is so misterious and funny. For some people just a critical situation has the capacity to break down into pieces the hard shell of the EGO they had take a whole life to build and has also the capacity to make yourself surrender, the capacity to force you into the awaken state. Death, sudden changes, and a deep lost are those actions that lead you to be reborn. Reborned from the dashes, once and again. But yes, only if you really wish for this.

At the same time, the mind is so tricky that can hold tight hidden into the ilusion of hope and wish for a new light, a new reason, a new way to help you THINK...that your EGO was right and that it might ..it might!

Nothing is for granted, nothing is for sure. So your mind acts in defense, believing that it will keep you safe, from pain , from being hurt. Is your way to resist to THE CHANGE, to resist the ACTION, the possiblity to give you the chance to start again. Is giving LIFE the chance of showing you that MIRACLES or MAGIC happens: to take the chance to really leave your EGO aside and let you self JUST ACCEPT.

Is this what is called the WHOLE the BIGGER EXPERIENCE? A surrrender act, a positive give up! Is to heal the pain and finally feel the peace and hope that brings the feeling of restart.
Thats what is all about: the clue is to decide let things be, be present and enjoy it. LIFE WILL TELL.

Is so easy to tell..Is so hard to break the shell. Beause all what you have done since you start the trip of LIFE is to build a hard one. My shell is craked down I know. I am in this moment of my life that could be easy to let it break appart or work hard to paste it safely and hard again. Let my MIND lead me into the reconstruction or into the SURRENDER and finally being able to EXPERIENCE me NOW. Just as it is.

Nothing to promess. Just trying to be AWAKE.

HERE IS THE PRINT

Like I was writing yesterday. Life was talking to me, sure it did. Today once again it showed me what was trying to tell? TODAY I received the last news. My VISA was not approved. So I am not allow to travel to Europe. There is no formal reason written by them. There is no explanation. But even when men can´t do it, to give reasonable answers and can hide them selves between laws and rights , life has their own magic way to prepare you to those new events that are near to come and that you are not expecting them.

My heart is hurt, my mind is blanked, my trust is turning unfaithful, my soul is shocked...

Is so difficult to experience my NOW, my HERE. Cause I was hoping, I was expecting, I was planning, I was waiting, I was dreaming ...I was living in the future and not being concious of my HERE and my NOW.

LIFE told me this during the past two days. Hey! Open your eyes! Open your heart, open your mind. Be awake to life, because anything can be change in one second even if you are not prepared for this. Yes, while I was dreaming, waiting , expecting , planning, hoping ..Things changed and I couldn´t notice those advices life was giving me. I know, I had realize that changes happen suddenly and advices are there always expressed in a sutil way. They don´t want to be discovered, they don´t want to make things easy for you. Because they are ther to teach you and just want you to be awake.

I was to aborbed into my POSSIBLE FUTURE. The one to come ( That by the way will never do! At least NOT the one I had in my mind , I was wishing for!). I can see NOW how I was forgetting the TRUTH. The only thing real in LIFE and TRUTH is your HERE AND NOW.

HERE AND NOW I AM ONCE AGAIN JUST WITH MYSELF.

With my reality and ALONE.

Trip to Europe

Why to start this Blog?

Some weeks ago, I decide that I wanted to start a Blog, only to to keep a written record of my next summer trip to Europe. So I decided, that I wanted to start it as soon as the Schengen Visa was approved. It hasn´t been approved yet. Is still on a process.

But LIFE has spoken and once again is telling me that is a waist of energy planning something that will take time to happen. Not only cause what is meant to happen, will happen even if you try hard to stop it. And because what is meant to come it will just come; Just like that! It will just show up with out any possibilty for you to stop it.

Time is only in your mind and it is there to create expectations to yourself on the future; which is not here yet. You are not sure, and will never be sure if it finally will be. Why to worry about it then? And the past, ¿whats the past? is nothing more than the things you had already done; that helped you to be what you are NOW ! But at the same time the past can be the regret thoughts about those things your EGO wanted to reach over anything and could not get them because it wasn´t your destiny to get them. Just because! So at the end, and in the begining all what you have left is the POWER of the NOW AND the HERE to experience the true and real life.

My NOW and HERE, is telling me that my trip had already started. And maybe is going to be deeper and further than I thought. Maybe not to a physical place in this planet; Maybe yes! I don´t know, I can´t be sure of this. Thats not important TODAY. Cause the real and important trip, I have started it 41 years ago ,and has been until now a wonderful one. I sthe trip of my LIFE is my LIFE it´s self. Which is NOW and HERE and is HERE in the PRESENT.

I like to write, I like poetry, I like painting, I like music, I like to cook , and I like to experience with the senses. And even when the senses are the minimum expression of an whole experience, for me is just the open door to enjoy the pleasure of the PRESENT.

I recognize that could be a mistake to get stuck only on this minimum part or expression of the WHOLE experience, cause I was just dening the WHOLE and BIGGER EXPERIENCE. But I believe that exploring my senses is the first step, in the precious way of trying to be conscious of my HERE AND NOW. Working with my MIND would be maybe the second. Can´t tell right NOW.

So I, welcome you READER to my Blog, and I hope that you will enjoy, as much as I am doing so, this unique trip I have started TODAY through experience of writting about my senses, feelings and thoughts in a worldwide formula: the Internet.
